Because they do what they want, they want questions that are lame and don't offend anyone...such as, "Why is the sky blue"
I really didn't put much effort into this answer as I wouldn't doubt that those "pricks" will delete your question aswell.

It's their site so we must abide by their rules. Even in America we only have "resonable" freedom of speech. That which the community has defined as "offensive" will often not be tolerated. Sorry to say, I may not get your points endorsment, but that's the way it is. You could always start your own Q&A site but I'm sure eventually you would have to remove or limit some posts.

Just because a question was removed doesn't mean it was removed by the user. Yahoo! has a right to remove a question because of 1) adult content not suitable for all viewers and 2) they consider the user "chatting". Other reasons apply and you can find them in the community guidelines. I know, sometimes that sucks.

Actually, with the volume of questions on YA, I think it's a case of automation. There's no way the YAT could possibly screen every question that gets reported. So, I think they just made it so that any question that gets reported twice gets automatically deleted. I just had four removed yesterday, and I'm wondering who it is that doesn't like me.

the only reason i have any of my questions removed is because Edna has reported me and i get them removed.....
but i guess they could be communist pricks, and i know you wanted an examples, but i can't think of nothing right now.... sorry ☺

Ditto...they have removed several of mine and claim I was chatting..hey all I did was answer someone who asked me a question in their answer!Geeeesh!!!Pisses me off cuz other people that ask lude & crude questions are ignored!Gimme a friggin' break!
