Well according to the urban dictionary it means, when you're in a car that either has weed or firearms in it.
"Yo man, put that weed away, I don't wanna be ridin' dirty!"
This dictionary comes in handy btw, I didn't know what a holla back girl was either until I checked it out there.

It means the police are trying to catch him riding with something illegal in his car like drugs, guns, etc. They think he looks shady and assume he's guilty of criminal activity (regardless of whether or not he really is) so they want to catch him in the act of doing something so they can arrest him. At the end of the video, they think they've busted him for dealing (car parts) and really he has a permit, so it pisses the police off to no end that they can't take Chamillionaire in for "ridin dirty"!!

First of all, the song is called "Ridin" (not "Ridin Dirty").
I would have to say that is does involve running away from someone because you have drugs in which you get the term "dirty."

It's actually called "ridin", but it means that you're driving around with drugs, alcohol, guns, or something that can get you busted by the pigs, i mean cops.lol
