Wow....no wonder they got divorced. Damn, he's out fighting for our country, and she's dreaming up ways to get his money out of his account while he's there. He has to contact an attorney. I'm sure that there is some way he can get that money back. But....was her name also on the account? If it was, it's going to be kinda tough. That would have made it a joint account, and either one of them were able to take the money out. i seriously hope that he can get it all back.....with interest! She doesn't deserve a penny! Best of luck to both of you....and thank your husband for the work he's done in Iraq!!!!

Go through the phone book and find a divorce attorney who does free consultations and talk to them. You can only ask questions. Being in the military she might have to give it back but you need to act now. Just find a lawyer and get some advice and see where that leads you. Good luck.

I would call around different attorneys in your city, and definately fill charges against her. The attorneys will be able to give you advice, look for ones with free consultation.

Consult an attorney. Also ask a military attorney.

was she still married to him when she took the money? if so she did have the right, it's her word vs. his, but if they weren't then go to a lawyer and sue her. She is just trying to get back at him for something.

I don't know what you can do about, probably nothing. In my opinion that's a sorry ***** to take his money while he is out putting his life on the line for our country.I hope you get your money back and thanks for protecting our freedom.
