The series starts with the Clan of the CaveBear. Anyway, there is supposed to one more in the series, anyone know anything about it. when or if it has come out already???

Jean Auel takes about forever between books. There are supposed two more in the series. When? You got me. Got First editions of most of them.
Anyway this site will give you information as it becomes available.

There are five books in the series--they were mostly published in the 1980s and became bestsellers. The books are Clan of the Cave Bear, The Valley of the Horses, The Mammoth Hunters, The Plains of Passage (1990) and The Shelters of Stone (2002).

I'm right in the middle of Shelters of Stone and enjoying it immensely. It doesn't seem to matter how long between books it is, once you start reading the next one, you are right back in the story again and she is so good about giving recall about past events.

The poor woman was nearly killed in a car accident afte Plains of Passage, and she was in the hospital for multiple surgeries for over a year, and then she had rehab . . . which is why it took her so long to finish Shelters of Stone. It should only be two or three years for her to write the last one.

i recognize what they're yet i do not remember examining them.I remember searching at my sisters e book The prolonged relations of the Cave bears at the same time as i develop into little,I forgot all about those books;)

They should have been out for a loooong time. That books series has been out for many years.

They are all really good and you can learn a lot about different plants too! She is so descriptive of everything that you feel like you are actually there, I highly recommend reading them.
