First of all, you need to work at eating healthy foods and drinking plenty of water. Water will flush out toxins and fat in your body. Next, don't let a guy be the reason to lose weight- do that for yourself (and NOBODY else). Love yourself enough to care for yourself - no it's not considered narcissistic.

You could try the Special K diet where you sub 2 meals with a bowl of thier cereal and skim milk. Also if you have a craving for a fattening food you should go ahead and eat a little so that the craving disapears. Get rid of the rest by throwing away immediately and pouring vinegar on it. You won;t go back for seconds. Good luck.

As an added note is this boy really worth the agony if he only dates you cause your thin?...i 'm just saying.

ok first of all..any guy that wouldnt date you because of your looks is not a guy that you should be dating anyway..seriously..if he is that shallow then hes not worth your time
but if you do really feel bad about how you look then try exercising 5-6 days a week, not eating sweets, junk food, sodas, and any other unhealthy foods. eat a lot of fruits and veggies and drink a lot of water. dont do anything drastic though, and deffinatly do not take any diet pills. i'm not really sure that this will make you lose weight within 2 weeks..but within maybe a month you will deffinatly look much better and toner and will deffinatly lose some weight.

good luck!

Ok...first of all..you should never try and make any type of physical change for ANYONE but yourself. I think that this is something more than on the outside..you should gain some confidence and be happy with yourself and love yourself BEFORE losing weight..if you work from the outside in rather then the inside out...no matter how skinny you are you're still not gonna be happy...and if the only way he'd like you (again) is if you lost weight SCREW HIM!!

My sister has a similar story. She went to the doctor and he gave her a healthy diet. Whenever she wanted junk food, she ate jello. She lost weight and she looks healthy, thin and I doubt she will put it back on. So maybe you might want to see a nutritionist. Your local community college or university may have someone you can see for free.

Another thing that makes women attractive in confidence. If you feel sexy you are sexy. Even skinny girls lack self confidence and that is not attractive. So take good care and you may attract someone that sees you for more than just your physical qualities.

Mk, first off-make sure that you're not getting rid of the good person inside you. What if the guy doesn't like thin bodies so much and is really searching for the good in people? To get fit, run and jog. Go swimming. Like that gay Verb commercial-its what you do. So get off the computer and do whatever gets you going.

It's OK to eat sweets-just do what I do-eat 3 sweets a week. We all have our good and our bad days. Don't turn yourself into a skeleton for a guy to like you. He's stupid and dumb if he can't see a girl's personality is better than her physical appearence. Anyway, eat healthy (research it) and get fit (whatever gets ya movin') and remember-you're awesome and dont let any moron tell you anything different!!!

Good luck.

Eat healthier. Eat foods low in sodium to prevent bloating. Drink water. Exercise. Don't eat after 8p.m. Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a snack or two.

Also, don't let a boy be the reason you want to lose weight. Love yourself or no one else will. If he doesn't want to date you because you gain a couple pounds, he isn't worth dating anyway.

Also consider that if he hasn't already asked you out again and you haven't even gained weight, that he might just not want to go out with you again and that's ok if he doesn't.

Don't start chasing them now or you'll be chasing after them all your life.......

Remove all the junk food from your sight. Out sight, out of mind, right?

Fill a bowl on the counter with apples, bananas, grapes & all kinds of fruit. Fill up a candy dish with nuts like shelled pecans, walnuts, peanuts whatever & leave it on the counter too. Make it very handy to grab a snack whenever you want. Also try popcorn for a snack or sunflower seeds.

Start eating salads for your lunches. Switch to whole wheat or whole grain breads for your sandwiches. Eat fiber rich foods like rice, beans, oatmeal, etc. that fill you up. They're good for you too.

Start walking for exercise. Then bump up the intensity after a couple weeks to power walking.

You'll be losing weight fast. Good luck to you!

Take time as it will not come quickly.

First cut out about 500 calories a week

Dump junk food and soda and no fancy drinks at Starbucks. Those are calorie nightmares.

Increase raw vegetables.

Exercise at least 30 minutes five days a week.
