Hi - If you are looking for all the above in one phone and much more, then You have go for the New Nokia NSeries Phone N70.

Believe me, its been rocking...

See if they also build one that will hold the battery in contact with the connectors. We never had any luck and Nokia could not comprehend the problem, never mind deal with it.
