My nephew got out of prison in April. The 2nd day he was out, he got a job at a printing press plant. He stayed there for about 3 months and then moved on. Unfortunately, life for an ex-felon is not easy. I believe he has recently just gotten another job. He is a hard worker and sometimes, employers don't let the past decide their employees. I believe Jerome is going back to school to get his GED as his desire is to go to college to get a degree in Business Management. Life is difficult anyway for people & like I said earlier, even harder for an ex-felon, but it can be overcome.

No. I know someone who has committed a felony, but they're still in proson. This person though I believe will make it on the outside once they get out. They come up for parole next year.

I know someone who has a felony and I wish she would turn her life around. I do however think that a person can change and turn thier life around however it depends if that's what they want for themselves.

It depends on the person and character. We all make dreadful mistakes. But, some people pull themselves back up afterwards and some people don't. Lots of good family support helps, feeling loved and forgiven and accepted helps, getting an education helps, showing up for work every day helps, and, as always, it's all about how much hope you have in your heart.
