That's not that easy. Many people have to request the song on various radio stations. And once the song becomes the most requested, you're on your way to number one. The song also has to sell well as a single or even the album. It's all about dollars and cents and demand from the public. But you yourself cannot make it all happen unless you start a massive advertising campaign and get the public involved. Good luck with that.

I thought the only real way of getting top of the charts was to buy the CDs. Then again, maybe call radio stations, DJs are always helpful.

buy the cd and call and your fav station and request it....My local station has a weekly vote for the top 10. Also try www.acctop40.com :)

you could listen to there song alot and have all yer friends listen as well couse if u have comcast cable and u play any song it increases the possibility of that song being a #1
