Hi, here is the URL for the world ramen net :
http://www.worldramen.net/index.html
a site devoted to all things ramen. If you access the "world ramen" (as opposed to Japan ramen) on the right bar menu, then on the world map hit U.S.A., the cities in the U.S. that have ramen shops will come up. Seattle is on there. You will have a list of about 4 shops to choose from with reviews and menus. Have a good bowl! P.S. if you are ever in Japan, try the Ramen Museum near Shin-Yokohama station, lots of fun!
P.P.S - I do not know whether your read nihongo, but here is the URL for the most "authentic" ramen in the Seattle area:
http://www.moonhill.com/michelin/20010519_aki.htm
unfortunately all the info is in Japanese -gomen.

I think they serve probably the best ramen in Seattle. And, it's cheap! It is right across the old Uwajimaya. Although it has a Chinese name, the restaurant also serves Japanese food. I especially like the Seaweed Corn Soy Sauce ramen. Again, it's in the International District area, so be prepared to parallel park
