Yes, here's a few good ones, and they are all in, or very near, downtown (DT) San Jose:
Hawgs Seafood Bar @ 150 South 2nd Street DT
San Jose Fish Market @ 158 S Jackson Ave
Left Bank @ 377 Santana Row, # 1100
Sharky's Oyster Bar @ 1151 Lincoln Ave (Willow Glen)
Scott's Seafood @ 185 Park Ave DT
McCormick & Schmick @ 170 S Market St. DT
Race St. Seafood Kitchen @ 247 Race St.
Yankee Pier @ 378 Santana Row
Lou's Village @ 1465 W San Carlos St (voted best oysters a couple of times)
There are many others in the Valley, but I can't vouch for them.
There's a really good one in San Francisco called PJ's Oyster Bar, if you ever get up there.

Santa Clara Valley isn't known for its seafood restaurants, but I've been to a few restaurants with oyster bars, including:
Yankee Pier, Santana Row, San Jose www.yankeepier.com
Fish Market, El Camino Real, Santa Clara www.thefishmarket.com
Hawg's (Campbell, San Jose) -- quality is highly variable http://hawgsseafoodbar.com/

VIOLET B...listed them all. And they are all great places except Lou's Village is now closed, but their food sucked anyway.
I would say McCormick or Hawgs...those two are the best.
