What can be done to bring them back to reality?

yes, and that decreases the face value big time. Ugliness from the inside can defiantly make u ugly. And too many people who know they are attractive think they r better than others due to their looks...sad. Sometimes they are too far gone to be brought back from the dark side~lol. Most time something big has to happen for them to drastically change

No, but theire are a lot of people who think they are to beautiful and or handsome. As far as reality, this is not in ther vocabulary and in turn and any attempts to change them would be a major waste of time. Good question and have a great day.

I think some people are given too much praise and reward for their beauty for their own good. If everythings is handed to them based on looks, what motivation do they have to develop more varied skills and intellectual interests? When they're beauty fades or doesn't count for much in a situation, those people will be in for a rude awakening.
For those people, I guess a career in modeling or porn would be ideal because looks are pretty much what matters in those feilds. If they can make a good living off their looks, I can't knock the hustle.

It is their reality so don't even bother trying. Leave it alone, step away from the beautiful people.

If their physical attractiveness makes them vain, Yes it is a curse. If it makes them too lazy to work on their personalities, it is a curse. If it is used as just another gift, it is a blessing.
