Did'nt back up IPOD & PC crashed. Once I download itunes on computer it will pull everything off it, so I need another way of burning info so I can put it back on itunes once I redown load it and reload into my IPOD after itunes steals my already paid for music ect.

Go to VersionTracker and get a program that will let you transfer the songs and files from the iPod to your PC's hard drive. There are plenty of free programs that will do this.

Um, iTunes doesn't "Steal" your music...it will put it your my music folder. Go to documents and settings, your user name, my music, my itunes folder, and all the songs will be there. They will be in AAC format (most of them) but you can change that in itunes by right-clicking and choosing convert to mp3 (which can play in lots of different players)
