More like the other way around, it's hilarious that in today's general society quiet ppl or silent ppl are labeled inverts and are supposed to be less worth. When in reality everyday I see proof of the exact opposite when these "extroverts" make complete ***'s of themselves everywhere they go with absolutely no regard for the unprecedented ignorance they reflect.
Meanwhile the quiet person goes on to finish the job or the task that the "great personality", "friendly", "amicable" fool could not.
Silent ppl just know better, know more, and can do more, with a lot less blah blah blah.

no silence only enhances the lack of intellect. by a state of trail and error one can learn to be smart as an instinct to survive. im pressed for time so i really cant go into detail like i usally do

Depends on what the person is looking for. Knowledge? Then break the silcence and ask questions. Mess things up and spoil them? Then silence is the answer.

That's what it says in the Bible! :o)
Proverbs 17:27 Whoever restrains his words has knowledge, and he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding. 28 Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent.

Well if a person that lacks intelligence stays silent, then no one can correct them when they say something dumb, therefore never learning, soooooooo NO!

Mark Twain said "I'd rather keep silent and be thought a fool than speak and remove all doubt".

Definitely.
Better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
