I'm proud to be aware and comfortable with my sexuality. I am glad to hear when others are, regardless of their orientation, and it saddens me to hear of others who are not, be they heterosexual, homosexual, or just plain greedy (lol no offence guys'n'gals!). I think if everybody was happy with who they are, the world would be a nicer place.

Errm...why are you proud!? Im 6 foot 5 and im not really proud. You see it's the same thing. I am tall not because of any of my efforts...it's just that im tall. Your gay, not because you worked hard for it or whatever, you didn't do anything to 'be gay', you just are. So I think "proud" is the wrong word.

Well that's great for you! But you really shouldn't feel the need to be 'proud'. I know it's because you want to be accepted and all and if you aren't accepted, it's a way of saying, 'Well I don't care'. But if you truly don't care what other people think - then don't go on about it. It is who you are and you shouldn't have to announce it to the world.

I am a guy (always was since birth) and I like girls, since 1944 anyhow.
I ain't proud of the fact any more than I am proud of shaving my face, I just don't go around braggin about it.
Why then should you be overt and public of private perversion I don't get...
I know I know...you have a word for me.

What's there to be proud of? I'm Bi but i'm not proud of it, i just am it.
