Mederma really works. I used it after I had my surgury(had keloids as well) and I have very faint scars now. They'd probally be fully gone if I used it the way I was supposed to ;)

It's probably a keloid. You can try Mederma; it will help to smooth out the scar, but you waited too long to make it fully disappear.
