no clue. i guess its just another thing that isnt "normal" all the religious types try to ban gay marriage becuz its a sin. well news for ya...this country isnt a christion nation or any other religion..its a nation based on FREEDOM and RIGHTS. they have every right to be happy and be married. its kinda like looks. if you dont like them, they dont look....

Why would people choose to be something that would make people actually HATE them, as well as have thier families and communities shun them?? Probably because it wasnt a choice. People show hatred, and disgust towards gays because they are a: ignorant, :b: afraid of them, c: under some delusion that thier religion wants them to condemn, judge, and opress people because they are different...which may tie into (a)...it wasnt long ago that if you were black you were a heathen, therefore it was ok to enslave and kill blacks in the name of God...btw im hetero-married, and have a daughter

its not that we are disgusted by gays its that every were you look the gays are taking over ,on telly as hosts in shops and hairdressers everywere im worried incase its made compulsory by the goverment .we are told you cant say anything incase you are called sexist or homophobic so in some areas they are pandered to by the local authorities ,if you are a gay or lesbian foriegn national you would be gauranteed a flat straight away in the uk.

Basically because society thinks that two members of the same sex cannot engage in any sexual activity. They believe it is morally wrong. If you truly love the person for who they are, it shouldn't matter what race, religion or sexual orientation they belong to. I have many gay friends and love each and every one of them.

I have no idea, it's against their religious rights, I guess. But does it REALLY matter if you're attracted to the same sex? Seriously, it's not doing anything to deliberately try and hurt someone at all!! It's no one's business but the homosexuals'. Gay, straight, who the hell cares?

because they think that just because people are gay, they dont have feelings or something. i think gay people are some of the best people ever. but then again, it is wrong. the people who tell you that God hates gays and whatever..they are not true followers of God. God teaches us to love one another. basically..love the sinner hate their sin.
