If you are arriving at the Travel Plaza, and traveling from there to BWI it will take about 35 minutes to get there. There is taxi service and it will cost you about $45 for them to take you to BWI..there is a Holiday Inn right next to the Plaza (if you are going here) I suggest you ask the attendants there inside or the hotel. I am sure they get plenty of questions like yours and can suggest transportation. I was there a month ago, didnt want to deal with looking for another bus,etc..just took a cab

Travel to Baltimore by bus is easy and convenient. Passengers can arrive at the downtown bus terminal or at the Baltimore Travel Plaza just off I-95; the plaza has long-term parking and local bus service to downtown and other destinations. Greyhound Lines has scheduled daily service to and from major cities in the United States and Canada. Peter Pan/Trailways Bus Lines offers slightly nicer travel to many destinations in the Northeast, including Washington, D.C., New York, and Boston.

Which airport? BWI is south of town and I don't know where the bus terminal is. There should be good bus connections between the two and that will be cheaper than a cab.
