Well, it would go something like this:
Michael enters the ring with a chimp on his shoulders and sits in his corner looking down. He then gets up, puts on his hat and moonwalks to the center of the ring, does a spin, and throws his hat at Prince's entourage and they all fall to the ground like dominos.
Prince rides in on his purple motorcycle and tries to run Michael over, but Michael turns into a panther and pounces on Prince in mid air, and knocks him into the ground. Prince starts crawling on all fours and taunting Michael with a "come here" finger gesture and Michael goes back to human form, grabs his crotch, says "shamo!" and tosses some chalk dust into Prince's eyes, but Prince takes two fingers in a sideways peace-sign motion and blocks it.
Prince then gets down and does some crazy split pinwheel kick move with a high pitch bird scream that sends Michael running back to his corner. Michael then throws his fist in the air and yells "hooo!" to summon two zombies from his Thriller video to fight in his place... That's when Prince whispers in Sheila E's ear to call up his entire New Power Generation posse to kick their rotting asses. Prince then runs up to Michael, licks his lips, and bites off his nose, mortally wounding any chance of a successful comeback, and Michael sends Bubbles the Chimp over to bite Prince on the neck... They both fall to the ground. Michael disappears and turns into magic fairy dust, and Prince is just gone for no apparent reason... The match is over and MC Hammer is the winner! ;)

Prince. Michael is such a girl. He would clench Prince every change he got. The only way Michael might win is if someone yelled for him to suck it up and Prince let him.

I would pay to see that too. I have to agree that Prince would probably kick Michael Jackson's butt, unless Michael used his secret "Tinkerbell" power to fly to escape the pummeling!
Why don't they ever offer us anything like this on pay per view?

Prince could actually win. he's small, yet scrappy. he's in great actual shape. Michael Jackson could actually ruin the 1st time he have been given hit. i think of his face could fall down inward, in all risk becoming a black hollow and destroying all existence as all of us be responsive to it. if so, no you may definitely win. i think of the combat could be held in the Coliseum, and the tickets could be like $10,000 each and each.

I think MJ would moonwalk all over Prince. lol but seriously idunno how well either of them can fight maybe MJ due to his dancing abilities he probably has better control over his arms and legs making him able to execute attacks faster and stronger than Prince. or if not MJ then his chimpanzee Bubbles would beat Prince.
