Sounds like a fuel problem. Check fuel pump and injector pulse.

under the plenum is the spider and pressure regulator. It is leaking and needs to be replaced. You cannot get a new regulator without buying the whole injector/regulator/spider tubes with pop-pit nozzles. You can either get a used one or a new one from the dealer. Be prepared for sticker shock though! You did state that the fuel pump is good, but did you see if the filter located underneath on the frame rail (driverside) about half way back to the tank was stopped up? If the pump is good, but don't work, the fuse could be the problem, but what i put in this at the beginning is what the problem is. Been there, done that!

Dodgeman is right. The injector in your van is actually a cross between multiport and throttle body type injectors. It has one injector that sends fuel to six poppet valves, one at each intake port. If the system does not operate properly, you will need a technician to diagnose to determine what is faulty. I suspect you'll find that the temperature sender or the crank position sensor are the root of your problem but again, a technician will need to hook up with a scantool and read your engine's data stream to get the real facts. Good luck with this.

Obviously it's not getting fuel. Check the filter, then check the fuel pump.
