Your firewall should tell you what the remote conection is unfourtuanatley hackers right now are smarter than firewalls and they can trick them into thinking they have a different ip addresses ip spoofing is very common also (using a fake ip) you can downlaod port watchers which generally get real info but you need to know what is malicious and wht isnt

You don't know who is hacking, do you? Finding out where that person live?
You also don't want to mess up your firewall and sorts of protection application, do you?
Try to protect yourself, with security. Yes, firewall, and an anti-virus application. Maybe you would like a spy-ware detector added to it as well.

If you run a firewall, you'll be able to see all the remote connections to your machine, and in some cases open/close and monitor specific ports that are known trojan attack ports.
search for free firewall software.....you'll find some.

hi, i recommand you to use firefox.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
firefox can edit which site/popup to block and unblock.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
