Not in real life. The guy that plays him is Nick Dinsmore and that's a character he plays on WWE Raw.

No he certainly isn't. It's his gimmick. He actually tested positive for drugs recently and was suspended. The WWE wouldn't really hire someone 'special'.

No, he doesn't really talk like he's a Dee Dee Dee, he tries too hard! Plus if he was, he probably would mess up his lines all the time and get himself or someone else hurt!
