there is yahoo, flickr, friendster, myspace, xanga, msn, aim, and many more, you just have to see who is on peoples friends, or on site relating the program, and there will be people that want to meet friends too, but take my advice, not everybody wants to be everyones friend, so if you get turned down, there are millions more people to meet, just put yourself out there
