I would say single but of course I am a man. The pros are that you have more money, freedom, fewer gray hairs, and you don't have to worry about a former spouse taking half or more of everything you own. The only CONS are dateless sex and biological children that won't probably grow up will mental problems. Oh and if you're religious fear of god is why you get married. I'm not religious so that is one less con for me.

I prefer being single. Why? I've been married once, he started treating me like crap after we'd been married a couple of years. I've been in a few relationships since then and every guy just seems like assholes, great at first and then, turn to jerks. Being single, also I don't have anyone I have to answer to besides myself. If I want to do something, I can. I like the FREEDOM. I wouldn't say, to me there are any cons.

Single, I prefer being single.

It's lonely and boring and selfish. It makes me suspicious and sometimes cynical about romance. Those are the cons.

I'm not going to be ripped off. I'm not going to be nagged into buying a car. I'll be able to pay off my house mortgage before the end of 2009. I do what I want when I want. I'll never have to work again. It was such a long, hard, brtual fight for economic freedom and psychological peace that I don't care whether anyone appreciates me or loves me for it anymore. Those are the pros.

I prefer being in a relationship, though being single has it's good points, too.
When you're single, you can pretty much do what you want do, stay out all the time, not have to worry about a sig/o on your back about dumb stuff. You can flirt and fiddle with pretty much anyone you damn well please. You can up and leave if you feel like it (ie leave to go to school, move out of state, taking long vacations miles away from home) without having to worry about who's you going to miss you and call everyday. You'd never have to worry about a sig/o calling and harassing you, dumb fights are non-existent. Have I left anything out?

But when you're in a relationship, especially a good one, you know that there's somebody there for you, someone you can tell your worries to, someone who's going to have your back no matter what. Someone you can trust, someone to hold on to, someone who really cares. You'd never have to worry about that psycho booty call from two weeks ago slashing your tires, or cutting up your clothes, or breaking the windows on your car. It's just nice to have someone to come home to, or someone you can call when you get home from work, and relieve the stress of your day. I think I got it all that time, lol.

Iwould like to be single for a day or too at this point. the pro of marriage is you get to be with one person the rest of your life, the con is you can't be with anyone else the rest of your life.

I prefer being in a relationship. I choose that because I like having someone to cuddle and to share everything with. I hate being single cause then i'm just alone and have nobody to care for or care for me. I like spending time with people I care for and just being one with that person.

i prefer to be in a relationship.

the pros: i always have someone i can talk to, i have someone to love, some one to make love to, and i have someone that i can fall back on when times are hard.

the cons: there are things that i want to do and he doesn't because of our age difference (i'm 20 and he's 38), sometimes you just want your own space and time alone
