since its like your second year as an actual teen ,if you havent
already done it,have a birthday party invite all your friends and tell
everyone that you want money for your birthday and when your party is over take your best friend shopping.and don't forget to have a beach party.

Invite about 5 or 6 friends. Have them all bring nail polish and makeup and do each other's nails, faces, maybe even hair. Order pizza or go somewhere to eat you will all like.
Make it a sleepover if you can. Rent DVD's, eat popcorn.
Play Charades (if you don't know how, find out...it's fun).

how about a waterpark, or amybe bowling n' a movie, that's alwayz fun, but if you want to do something different than that,invite all your friends guyz and girls and go swimming, and if your whole family is there, it will be less awkward, because there are already people talking and having fun, so people will want to get in the pool

virgin cocktail party(dress up very pretty and create your own "cocktails")
black ad white party- have everyone dress up COMPLETELY in black and white (or whatever two colors you want) and have a blast
hotel party
