I was on a website the other day, that had some really good ghost stories(scared the crap out of me).Has anyone had any experiences with ghosts?

i have many times :) just last week i was in my room on the computer and all of a sudden i heard noises in my sons room, i got up to check it out. and he was sleeping in his crib. but all his toys were all over the place and the drawers were pulled out and his tv and radio was on.but i had picked up everything and turned off everything b4 i put him to bed.
another story... everytime someone dies in my family i hear 3 knocks on my bedrooom window, i get up to check and theres no one there. then 2 mins later the phone rings and its a family member telling me someone just died.

I don't think I have had any experiences with ghosts unless you call this one, a "ghost"-
It was late at night and I couldn't sleep. I felt something scractching again my closet door. The door to my bed room sqeaked and the pearls on my chair by my computer swung back and forth. I saw a shadow and the shadow looked like a man with a cane or something. I sucked in my breath and reached for my flashlight. I slowly got out of the covers and slowly stood on my bed. The shadow disappeared because when I switched on my flashlight, there was nothing there but my shadow. I layed back down and thought, "I could've sworn there was a man in my room. It looked like it so much." lol, if that dont count-sorry.

I was in Edinburgh in 86 and we stayed in a little old hotel. I kept hearing odd noises in the bathroom after we went to bed (separate beds)... then I distinctly felt something get into the other side of my bed. I leaped up and turned on the light, and couldn't say anything for a bit, my friend was pretty startled by my behaviour. Scotland is famous for ghosts but we didn't know that at the time...

Yes I do, but it creeps me out to tell them...I have been painting a mural this summer at a Elementary school...school are scary when they are empty..anyway I keep hearing noises, books dropping, doors open, and my keys disappeared for several weeks then showed up again out of nowhere, anyway I was talking to a teacher who happened by she told me that the ghost of old maid 3rd grade teacher haunts the school.

i am a girl,by the way. my dad died when i was eight, he used to alwayz cook before he went to bed, so for weeks after he died, i heard pots n' pans in the kitchen. and a couple of weeks ago, in the middle of the night, my light started comin on and off and flickering, but that only lasted for about 20 minutes, the truth is, i don't think that ghost's are really out to hurt you, they are just ... here
