how do i delete duplicate entries in i-tunes?

I want to get rid of al lthe duplicate entries i have in my i-tunes, is there an easy way to do it besides manually deleting them one by one?

Edit, Show multiple sonds, might help. after you're done go back to edit and click show all songs

simply go to delete or connect to a computer and delete from it
