Walmart, of course. That is, if you have no sense of fashion, then walmart is the place for you. the best answer to your question if you are a person with a sense of fashion is Sales and vintage stores. my daughter recently found a Jenny Han shirt that was normally 90 dollars, but it was on sale so she got it for 20. she also got a 213 industry top that was normally 87, but she got for 15. try to make it to the big sidewalk sales in the classyest part of your town.

Consignment shops usually have good clothes at very cheap prices. They don't take in a lot of the cheap stuff because it doesn't turn the profit that the good stuff does.

If you go to Old Navy and Gap on-line they have a huge selection (much much larger than in their stores) and shopping from home will save you gas, money and time. Instead of driving around looking for a better deal.

If there's a Big Lots near you, they have lingerie, socks, night clothes, jeans, t-shirts, jewelry, and sometimes even purses.

Wal-Mart, of course and K-Mart

Look for the clearance sections at:
Target; Mervyn's; Kohl's.
