please offer any anwsers, I want to trust, but some recent things have made me question his true feelings, we have been in this relationship for more than 4 years, and I need to know, I don't think he would EVER admit it.

Stop and take a few minutes to think. What makes you feel that he may be cheating? Have you noticed anything specific or is it just a hunch?
Is there any way you can confirm that he is cheating? Can anyone watch him for you? Can you trace his comings and goings?
Is there any other explanation for the behavior that seems like cheating?
Once you have honestly answered these questions you should know what to do. If he is cheating get the heck out of there. You will never be able to trust him again. If he is not cheating you can calm down and relax. It does sound as if you may need to work on your relationship and try to get closer so you feel more comfortable asking him things.

Of course he wouldn't admit to it that he is cheating. I would recommend sitting down and talking to him and asking him if anything is wrong. Maybe he is just losing interest for one reason or another, that sometimes happens after so many years in a relationship.
Maybe there are things you can do to spark his interest. Maybe treat him to a nice romantic evening.
Maybe get him a nice card and a gift. Remind him of how much you love him.
I promise you this, if he is cheating, you will find out. Somehow things like that cannot stay hidden for long.
Hang in there. Maybe he's not.

Is he late a lot and does he always have an answer you are not satisfied with?
Has he been acting differently towards you as in not interested in what you do or what you are saying?
Does he notice girls more then usual?
Is his calling habits different and not Calling you as often?
Has he not told you he loves you like he used too?
If there is any thing he is not doing the way you are used to him doing or saying then yes, he is cheating or is thinking about it.

Well go on e bay and buy a phone recorder. It records all your calls that com in and out. You will have to hide it well though. then when he is not around listen to all the convos. That is the first step...Or you could try someting like go to the library when you know he will be online and e-mail him. tell him you are going somewhere else like an appt or something...and try to talk to him on Instant messenger etc....or if you are loaded you could hire a private detective....good luck

If you think that he is then he probably is....just listen to your friends and family if they say that there is something going on believe them.....my ex was cheating and people tried to tell me but I wouldn't listen....yes you want to know!! so you can leave him....Once a cheat always a cheat Lots of Luck to You

there is no magic answer to the question. if he has cheated before he is definitely cheating now. once someone cheats, he will repeat again and again. and he wouldn't be inclined to admit it. if you find out for sure, i think you need to get out of this bad relationship. good luck, sweetie.

Has he recently been spending more time away from home, without really good reason? Has he started wearing different clothes, playing more attention to his appearance, perhaps working out?

Ask him at the dinner table and if he drops his fork - he is cheating . If he throws his spoon at you - it means you are an idiot. If he takes the knife and thrusts it in his heart - it means his mistress is pregnant. If he barfs - it means you are a lousey cook.
