i play and i was wondering how hard it was to get a scholarship from a public university while goin to a private skool . wouldnt more private skools be lookin at u ?

I went to a private school and unless you are the best of the best, dont think about scholarships from public U's for sports. The visibility just isnt there unless you have a coach that makes a point of getting the word out to the schools. You are just up against a wall because of the pool of athletes that are in 4 and 5 A schools. Just a "higher caliber" of player so they say.
get your coach to get the word out and write the schools you are really interested in, if your grades are up, they will work with you

man i play b-ball 4 mah private school and they suck. but 2 years ago we had an 8th grade get a scolarship to a private high school. but he was good. he could juke out anybody and make any jump shot so u have to be good. but he ended up transfering to his hometowns public high school. so those scoloarships are stupid cause u end up going to some high school in no where were no body knows you and any public high schools b-ball team would whip em. so those private high school scolarships are stupid. but they r hard to get. it is an honor though but u will end up tranforing
