What is a good website to find rules etc for football?

everything I'm finding is too advanced for me. I need the easy stuff first.

If you need the easy stuff than head down to your local bookstore and buy the book Football for Dummies. Explains it all very easy and even has Referee gestures so you understand what they are saying on field over the yelling and screaming.

Depending on what level of football:
Highschool check with the local city conference for the rules
College check NCAA for the rules
NFL check www.nfl.com > rules <--- this can also be bought at the bookstore
