Do you mean you want someone to give you a free Certificate of Deposit? No, I don't think people are giving away money. Try cyberbegging or e-panhandling.

Is it a CD as in a computer disk? If so, check your local library. They might have such informative CDs. I guarantee they have many books on the subject for free.
