The 24th is either the last day of one or the first day of the other...so you are the sign of the day you are on...but chances are you may well have characteristics attributed to the other sign...

I would say it depends what time on the cusp you were born, the alignment of planets and the astrology thing is a big factor on it, you could have your chart done by some expert to find out for definate, I am a cusp baby too, I had my chart done and it was worth it.
