---> Does the Creator arrange the universe so: that there are sets of "two" specific humans, that uniquely complete each other, in some kind of magical, perfect union?;)

They do! My grandparents fell in love at the age of 15 and 18yrs old. They never separated! They ran off to get married when she was 16 and remained in love till the day they died....I have to believe that it does happen. they were together for over 50 years before nothing but death pulled them apart, and now....they are together again! *Bliss*
I do think that you can find another though....we find our mates in life at the right times in our lives when it is needed...sometimes we shed them, or lose them in death, but it doesn't mean we weren't meant to be together....for in that time, it was meant to be....perfect doesn't always mean forever....some are just lucky enough for it to be the "forever" story....

Well this is something that is in the realm of belief: those who have found wonderful partners (as the skeptics would reduce it to) will support this -that they have found their soulmate; those who haven't might wish or be too jaded, or even believe that we have a few possibilities depending on what we choose and when and how- and how that changes the course of our lives- and their's also.

I believe in the old-souls and karmic relationships.
One's soul mate can be destroyed, or even killed in this world, and what then would one call a life-long loving, wonderful relationship the other has?

It's scary to believe we DO have soul mates if they are NOT here, because HOW THE HECK do we FIND them?
And it's scary to think of there NOT being one perfect other half to us (and if so what happens if either of us "change" so we "don't fit" together anymore- and have to get real about intimacy?) because if there IS not a soul mate for us, then THAT means we have to LEARN how to do the work to really HAVE the tools necessary to not only FIND someone we can be with- and it be MUTUAL- but how to relate, even at our worst.

Hence, the statistics on why there are so many failed relationships- people projecting and externalizing their lack of wanting to have both be true- that we might have a soul mate and also STILL have to own up to who we are and the responsibility of learning HOW to be intimate with someone vs. living to be served and gotten our thrills needs met so we don't "get bored" as someone put it on one of these...

It would sure be nice to know one way or another, but if we try to avoid the hard work of if either isn't so, then we're in for some ugly and painful truth to come our way!!!!

The soul exists sure. despite if it si no longer what's oftentimes believed. The soul is us. in basic terms google the be conscious "nephesh", the unique Hebrew be conscious for soul and you will hit upon a great definition in Wikipedia and someplace else. If the soul exchange right into a separate and so needed area persons, why exchange into it no longer area of the unique ingenious narrative? If the Sould is a few thing that lives on after our physique dies, why did the prophet Ezekiel say "the soul this is sinning it itself will DIE"?

Yes but sometimes it takes a long time of trial and error to find that soul mate. I have been married twice to the wrong people. I now have my soul mate and we are in love and we definitely complete each other in many ways.

yes soul mates exist - I dont know if God intends for people to be together specifically, but somehow paths cross and you find that special someone who makes your life worthwhile, that makes your life worth living for each day no matter how tough life I can be, no matter how much you struggle, or how much you are hurt, they are the one that makes your heart sing with joy and feel a special and deep love

Yes, but that doesn't mean they necessarily have to end up together, because each one might have a different mission to accomplish in the world. They evolve separately.
