President Bill Clinton is my favorite. He is very intelligent has charisma and he looks good too. Regardless of what others may say he did a lot of good for this country. His personal business is a private matter between his wife and himself. when personal business effects your public life then you have a problem. With president Clinton it effected him physically but not the way he did his job.

Washington -- he did everything right without a template or example, including hiring the right people like Alexander Hamilton.
He also resigned from the Continental Army after the revolution and refused a crown --he could have led as a King and refused it, a critical correct decision unique to George Washington.
