Sure you can. You can electrocute a ghost in just 4 easy steps. Step 1: find some first class ghost bait...I hear that ghosts love peanut butter and cottage cheese...Step 2: find a high voltage power source...about 5 million AAA Energizer batteries ought to do the trick...Step 3: connect batteries to ghost bait...be sure all the batteries are connected as you join them. A single missed battery among 5 million is tough to find and more annoying than a burnt out bulb on your christmas tree lights...Step 4: play the waiting game...it shouldn't take long for a stupid, lazy, and hungry ghost to eat the bait...Step 5: watch the sparks fly...congratulations you electrocuted a pesky good for nothing ghost

Electricity requires matter as a conduit. When you can find a ghost with measurable mass, then you can electrocute it.

I belive a bad entity evil spirit yes due to the fact that it is said they can become caporial (flesh) but that is strictly speculation.
