War is bad. However, it may be the least of all evils.

For example.

Suppose your neighbor is playing his TV too loud at 3 AM, and you are trying to sleep. You do not have the right to use force to stop him.

Suppose your neighbor is shooting at your house at 3 AM and the police can't or won't stop him. It may be necessary to use force (go to war) to stop him.

It is also the nature of some people or groups of people to fight.

That is a really good question.I do believe that we are part of the animal world and I can't think of any animals that don't fight either each other or some type of predator. So I would think that it is in our nature, The problem that I have is that we are smarter than most other creatures, this is what sets us apart from them so why don't we learn from our wars.

War is bad. In some cases countries found themselves fighting in wars, because they did not trust God to protect themselves. This was the case with King Asa (Old Testement) 2 Chronicles 16. King Asa used the gold and treasure from the temple to buy protection from an enemy. God's response to this was since you have relied on the king of Syria, from hence forth thou shalt have wars.

It's just nature. We're not going to keep manufacturing guns and just look at them. Sadly, it's just nature for us humans.

I don't believe war accomplishes anything. War is a bunch of angry men behind a desk, flinging testosterone
