my gta vice city does not function properly after it starts to rain, i dont know why this is happening, i have started a new game about a dozen times now,can anyone help??? and by not functioning properly i mean the radar disappears and the wanted level and your health as well , and everythings starts to go slow and blur.

Have you got a good grapics card. If you have maybe try turning the graphics down to low if you have tried this go into the the folder on :/C and chane the ini file and put the graphics in there Down. i hope my advice helped you.
