Wind is a part of nature, as of you and I are (although now with our ways of thinking and destruction, this is negotiable); however, regardless, wind can be cold and empty, colorless and meaningless. But if you look deep into it with your soul and not your eyes, you'll see the colors of the wind are the colors reflected from your soul.
Something you might want to try:
Mediate at a quite and high up ground level (i.e. hill, mountain, etc) on a nice sunny day with moderate wind level. Keep your eyes close while mediating facing toward the sun. You'll feel, hear, smell, and see the some of the most beautiful thing in the world - Peace. Hope that helps. =) Good question!

Since wind is a phenomenon, not a thing itself, it can not have a color. What you see will be the color of the air being moved. If the air has particulates, the phenomenon will take that color (as in smoke or sand storms). If a chemical cloud such as bromine or nitric oxide, it will have the color of the chemicals.

The wind, being air, which does not have significant absorption of any spectral hue, has no color.
