I asked when I had my c-section but the doctor said no you have to have it done by a plastic surgen and you have to wait at least 6 months after giving birth. Sorry!

No, unfortunately you'll have to go to a plastic surgeon for that. I am having a c-section Aug 3., I jokingly asked my doctor if she could give me a little nip/tuck but she laughed and said unfortunately not.

it would be nice but your obgyn will not do that. And no it will not be tightened with out a doctor actually doing it for that purpose...But i do feel your pain. Otherwise i would be scheduling a c-section!!
