Actually life will be gone before the sun expands or explodes.

Life will die off due to a LACK of CO2.

As plants breathe in CO2, they expel Oxygen and keep part of the carbon to create their bodies. As animals breathe in Oygen they breathe out less CO2 than they take in, also keeping part of the carbon to make their bodies.

The bodies do not completely decompose into the atmosphere, and the carbon is trapped below ground and chemically in other things, some it becoming fossil fuel, but not all of it accessible.

Once the planet runs out of CO2 no more plants, then no more animals. Anerobic bacteria will be all that remains if anything when Sol goes nova.

Who'd have thought that? Complex life forms have less than a couple of billion years to go.

The sun is not a special star. It goes through the same life cycle we've observed in other stars. It will expand into a red giant after it's fusionable materials fun out, and the heat will kill all life on Earth (this will take millions of years itself, so not really an explosion like you seem to think).

I like the CO2 answer.

But the thing I think is the most stupid is that jellyfish stings are neutralized by pee.

Cheers!

that liberals get elected to anything, even student council.

How many liberals does it take to screw in a light bulb? It doesn't matter, since they will never see the light anyway!
