I loved Monster Inc and Finding Nemo, but when Incredibles came out, I wasn't sure I wanted to see it, but went ahead and saw it anyone. I was dissapointed with the film, and when I saw advertisments for Cars and didn't seem interested, I gave up Pixar. They have gone way down hill, in my opinion, since Finding Nemo.
(This also may be due to the fact that I was 10 when monster inc came and 15 when cars came out)

i didnt expect to be dissapointed
i mean, come on, it's pixar
i admit thought, the begginging was a bit dry, but the rest of the movie, in my opinion, made up for it.
at the beggining it was hard for me to ignore the fact that all the characters are cars and there are no humans
but without realizing it, as the movie went on, i forgot all about that
cars is not as good as the other classics
but i don't consider it a failure

it is a good movie, but not the best Pixar movie. For the chids it's borring and long (more than 2 hrs). I think that the best Pixar movie is The Incredibles.

Pixar has always made quality movies- I truly have enjoyed every one of them and look forward to the next one. The thing that has changed however is the quality. Since merging with Disney, you are going to see a different type of movie being made. NOt entirely, but subtle changes to let you know of Disney's presence.
I went with my bf and my son- we all truly enjoyed it....

Actually, my mother and I took my 2 sons to see it a couple of weeks ago and were a little concerned we would be bored to tears since we're not big fans of racing. However, we were pleasantly surprised-- we thought it was a great kids movie! And there was a good lesson there. I am sorry you didn't like it.

i'm the mum of a 2 twelve months previous boy who *loves* vehicles (specifically) and vehicles (the action picture). I truly have considered that action picture maximum of cases i will't count form all of them. that's an exceedingly solid action picture and that i think of it might desire to are turning out to be suitable lively action picture on the Oscars extremely of in spite of action picture truly gained. If I had to %. a accepted character it may be record.

Survey says "Cars" has grossed $220M domestically, making it better than the da Vinci Code ($216M), just behind X-Men 3 ($232M), currently ahead of Superman ($178M), well ahead of M:I:3 ($133M).
Everyone trails "Pirates ($322M)
I have seen the story before, but I think they did a fine job with it.
