I probably wouldn't do good in a spelling bee. I'd be too nervous!
I think everyone may have some trouble spelling every now and then. A lot of people on the internet write short hand (like instead of writing out "you" they'll just put "u"). But some people go overbored when writing like that and you struggle to understand what they wrote. I actually have more trouble typing short hand so I just spell everything out the correct way and use proper english, thats what I went to school for. Another reason people spell things wrong is that they are typing really fast so they may make mistakes.

Actually, I was in the school spelling bee two years in a row. First year, I got third place. Second year, I got first place. :)
Yes, a lot of the people here do not know how to spell very well but that's okay. As long as they're helping people, I'm fine with it.

I never lost in a spelling bee before. It only happened last year but I forgot what the word was. Anyway, it's not that people don't know how to spell they like to use internet talk. For example instead of typing "you" "u" is way easier. Or instead of saying "are" just use "r". Get it?

It depends on the word. But I do know what you mean by how bad some people spell on this. Yes I do know how to spell as a matter of fact. I even do spell check just to make sure. Hope that helps.

I would lose. That's why there's spell check, right? I have the basics down, but we add so many other languages to our own that some of the french derivatives are difficult as well as Spanish and Asian. So, just keep me out of the bee and in with the check.

My spelling is so bad I once had a college English teacher feel sorry enough for me she stopped taking off points for misspellings. Spell check is the greatest boon mankind has ever seen.

i do no longer recognize. I have photographic memory so at the same time as i look at something it remains in my ideas like examining from a e book. If I studied the words for a speeling bee i imagine i does no longer get any incorrect except i'm getting worried or perhaps if I did...
