normal period for me 5-7 days.... my first was pretty typical of my normal periods... but i was still a bit freaked out about it.....
it felt like all this cramping and strange bowel movements and all that blood just couldn't be natural... but you get used to it..

Your first mentstrual cycle will last 3-7 days. Your cycle will be irregular over the the first year as it adjusts. Your cycle should come every 28 days (unless you have a 21 day cycle) and last 3-7 days. This depends on the induvidual person and how thier body works, your stress level and emotional state. Some women (and girls) find that if they spend alot of time with another girl, then their cycles will be very close together (like 2-5 days apart). Talk with a trusted female, like your Mom, Aunt, friend etc.

Your first period -- in fact, your first several -- can be pretty odd. It can be extremely short, or it can go on for two weeks. It takes time for your body to get into a predictable menstrual pattern. So, don't worry about what's going on right now. If it seems like you've had several periods in a row that were longer than a week, you may want to talk to a doctor. But it's not unusual for your first few periods to be a little wonky.

Normal period 3-5 days. Your first period 7-10 days..It's normal it will be okay.

usually for some lucky ppl its 3 days but normally its 7 days. but for first period it might be a lil bit less or lil bit more than 7 days at the most cuz after all it is ur first period.

7- 10 days ... ur first period is the longest one... a little word of advice to u ... dont walk bare footed .... if u walk bare footed ur more likely to get cramps ...

around 7 days. i don't remember my first time but i was regular after that so u just have to talk to ur mom.
