Because I despise him greatly, I would say yes. In reality he is probably in the top 3 worst president of all time.

It will be funny to see how many people will say Clinton. Clinton was the exact opposite of Bush, he had surplus on the nation debt for the first time ever. Unemployment was at an all time low and the world praised and still praises him. Bush is hated by almost every country in the world including allies we have had for the past 40 years.

I've only been around for a handful of Presidents (since Nixon, anyway), and every President has been called "the worst President" during his time in office.

This current President, however, has caused me the most grief and I am a Registered Republican. The worst, though? Check your history. We've had some real stinkers. Even a "great" President like Lincoln is despised by many to this day.

No, and although this answer will be very unpopular because there are a lot of libs who shall read this, but Bush is one of the BEST Presidents. He is doing what he feels is best for this country and I believe if GORE or KERRY had won, we could very well be all gone by now.

Well, there's only been three presidents in my lifetime (only 2 I can remember well), which limits my knowledge of this a bit, but I'd put him pretty high on the list, if not the worst...I haven't learned anything about Andrew Jackson that I really liked, however...

learn you history, the worst was years and years ago.........James Buchanan.....he thought slavery was legal in the eyes of the constitution. The panic of 1857 was under Buchanan (you can thank JP Morgan for saving America from a much worse fate)
And his appointees SUCKED. An attorney general who only worried about the south. Good lord!

Yes hi is the worst president.
The numerous war crimes, including torture and other "grave breaches" of the 4th Geneva Conventions, are not the product of the "fog of war" but instead are the result of deliberate and well-thought out policies formulated by the Bush Administration and signed off on by President Bush himself. The President and his senior officials must be held legally accountable for the systematic commission of war crimes in the name of the American people.

The Bush Administration is directly responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, a large number of them through deliberate military actions that could only have resulted in their death and was therefore deliberate, and as such illegal.

Torture continues to be practiced in US detention facilities, and according to Federal torture laws, once senior Administration officials (civilian and military) were made aware of its existence and did not put a stop to it, they became criminally responsible for subsequent acts of torture committed by US personnel lower down the chain of command.

As Commander-in-Chief, President Bush is responsible, according both to US law and US military regulations (Army Field Manual 27-10) for the systematic commission of war crimes by forces under his control.

No he has standards. Something most people does not understand today. He is not the one that totally agreed with the war in Iraq, remember the standing ovation. We have short memories. This country was attacked, should he have been having sex with an aide and ignored it?

Go back in history to find another. Warren Harding was much more corrupt. Bush is too easily manipulated by those around him. I am not sure if he had any original ideas in his head.
