I always thought it was that they were smoking weed- Apparently its Not- They're running out of weed! lol- loosers!

I asked my teenage sister who says that "smoking paper" means they are smoking pot..however, I had a boyfriend one time who would just roll up paper (any kind), light it, and inhale the smoke from it...weird, huh?

i would say, they are smoking a marijuana cigarette, or a rolled cigarette.
but that is something you need to ask a teen when they are not thinks, catch them off guard to make sure
mine would talk in their sleep and i could info from them then.

when me and ma friends were bored, we rolled up notebook paper and and smoked it. i wasnt stupid enough to try weed or cigarettes
