People post questions on Yahoo Answers because it's an entertaining way to connect with others, and to obtain answers to your questions.
I find sincere answers that share personal aspects of peoples lives to be moving and at times, profound.
Answers that provide a sense of fun and display non-offensive sense of humor are also appreciated.
I like to read questions that our youth post and gives insight to the younger generation.
Many young people seem to post questions regarding human sexuality in a genuine attempt to learn more about sex and their bodies, which indicates to me they're not receiving enough education on this from their teachers and parents.
Many of their questions seek guidance regarding job hunting and pursuing a career path and help picking out a college. Again, I think this shows our schools and guidance counselors and parents are not providing them with the right information concerning this, thus they're seeking to get answers elsewhere.
It's fun to earn points and to have your answer chosen as the Best Answer.
I like to post questions that make people think, that stimulate their imagination, that resurrect memories, and that are on topics that many people are interested in answering.

People dont know who to ask or dont have the time to research what they want themselves, so they think that by asking the general public, they can get an honest answer even though there are a lot of people who dont know what they're doing on here.

Because there is a lot of saddness in their life and a lot of problems to solve. They are here asking for help..They enjoy the answers of other opinions. Whether good or bad.

yea, really some questions are so......stupid. i mean, people ask questions which have answers that can be easily found by simply doing a google search
