I can't say as I understand it either. Whenever I see it, I have to resist the urge to either pull their pants up or off completely...in front of their friends.
It simply looks sloppy, as if they have no respect for themselves or how they present themselves.

Absolutely. I am an intelligent woman who, on first impression, wants to see a clean, shaven, self-assured guy in my eyesight. Something looking rough and crazy is not my idea of a "real man." I think an immaculate shirt, pants and whatever else that makes a person look neat, is the order. Other than that, I agree with you, that the person must indeed have a mental problem. Because the stores sell this stuff and people that guys look up to wear this stuff, and as long as being a gangsta or a thug is glamorized, this style will be around. I believe that 'sagging' was first a latino style from clothes that were passed down from one kid to the next. The younger kid was sagging until he grew into the pants.

it not only resembles the look when they just got out of bed and forgot to wrap a belt around their pants before they ever stepped out of the door. it reminds me of the way guys don't really care how they look, but want a girl to be attracted to their ridiculous look. besides wearing a cap to the side is totally stupid anyway. only hardcore wannabes do that **** when they are not really "hood" enough to carry the attitude along with the style.

they seem pretty stupid to me. it does look like they took a poo in them. i did that once and realized how stupid it was. now i get pants that fit my waist and just buy them longer. looks better than falling off and having to pull them back on.
