Yes...unless you filed chapter 11 bankruptcy for the business and the card was listed under your business name and not your personal name.

You still have to pay for it. Even if the business failed, you still owe the money. If you don't, you're in breach of your credit card agreement. They can still report to credit agencies.

Of course you are responsible for your debts. Jusy because your "business" failed, don't cheat others out of their money.

Yes...they will sell what you owe them to a credit agency so they can pay what they can.
