If you have the body to carry it, Jessica Rabbit from Who framed Roger Rabbit.

If you are built a little more like I am (just about the right side of fat) try an era instead. 1950s Marilyn Monroe, 1960 Rockabilly girl with bobby socks and full skirt, 1970 Glam rock chick with glitter stars on your face and wild colours (great as most of the cut of clothing now is very 70s) 1980s New Romantic plenty of frills and Lacy blouse with drainpipe trousers or black mini skirt with black waistcoat. The 1990s were shite for fashion, so it's not even worth going there unless you love shoulder pads!

Good luck Chickie and have fun.

i went to a fancy dress party a few months ago as snow white complete with black bob wig, it looked great and no one knew who I was! It also looka pretty as the dress is very femine and not tarty. It depends on your size, but the Disney Store go up to age 16 and are aimed at todays 16 year olds who are bigger now, I bought mine from the Disney Store and it fitted perfect and its only £20!!

You could go as a hippy. That way you can wear a pretty dress and flowers in your hair, maybe a peace symbol for good measure, and you'll look nice, not ridiculous.

Goes as a wood nymph (fairy) pretty and easy to do, wear a garland of fresh flowers in your hair for a wood nymph and a pretty chiffon floaty handkerchief dress in green and spray your arms and legs with gold and silver glitter, buy a cheap pair of pumps and spray them with a paper glue and sprinkle glitter and those confetti stars all over them, have a good time.

How about going as Snow White, Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty or any of the Disney Princesses.

Go as a Jasmine from Aladin. For eg. wide trousers elasticated around the ankles and if you are flat tummied wear a shirt knotted just under your boob area otherwise put a wide kaftan.

The little black dress is always the best choice. The trick is to find the style that suits your body type best and go from there. Classic styling, clean lines paired along with some strappy shoes and, again, classic jewelry...can't go wrong. :D

The little black dress. It's a basic in any girl's wardrobe.

Very cool understated elegance. Dress it up or dress it casual using jewelry, a scarf, a belt, little jacket, big jacket, dark hose, light hose, etc.
