dontdatehimgirl.com is the website. It allows you to create an 'entry' for somebody who has cheated. I added my ex because of his cheating. He found out and now is threating to sue me.

I have mixed feelings about it. There are a few men who give the rest of us a bad name and I'd like to see them pay for it. On the other hand, posting a detailed story on that site could be considered slander or libel. (Texas does not draw a distinction between the two, FWIW.)

So, be careful. That business is being sued right now.

PITTSBURGH -- DontDateHimGirl.com is a Web site where women post warnings about men they've dated.

Television station WPXI first reported about the Web site last month. Since then, a man has been arrested on suspicion of posting false information on the site about an undercover police officer.

Now, another man is preparing to file suit against the Web site, saying the entries on it are false.

Todd Hollis is a private attorney who makes a living on his reputation, a reputation that is now being ruined by postings on the site.

Entries reportedly by women who dated him accused him of giving them a disease, dating two people at a time and being bisexual or gay.

"If someone says they have contracted an STD from you, how are you able to ascertain who that person is?" said Hollis.

Hollis does not know who his accuser is because the entries are anonymous.

This week, Hollis filed a summons in the Allegheny Court of Common Pleas and threatened legal action against the Web site founder, Tasha Joseph.

"The fact that she is using this Web site as a dating credit report for women, I think, is reprehensible because these women are using it for very malicious purposes," said Hollis.

According to Joseph, because she is an interactive computer service provider, she is not liable for unedited posts on her Web site.

She said Hollis should post a rebuttal, which she permits men to do on her Web site.

"I think it's an obvious attempt by Mr. Hollis to get me to take the postings off the Web site. Obviously we're not happy about it ... we will fight it," said Joseph.

It's perfectly legal if you're 18 and she's 17; I'm not sure, but I think the legal age for minors to have sex is 16 ... you might want to check it out.

The website is legal but the content submitted by users may not be. It could be considered libel since it is all unverified and all opinion. The owner of the site is currently being sued by several parties.

Also the site is completely sexist as it does not treat men or woman equally.

So regardless of legality it is wrong. It's WRONG!!
